如下圖，每一段黃金葛枝條並不長，但都帶有一個生長點，這樣才能長出新的分枝，從而成為完整的植株，如果有葉子，分枝會長得更快一點，沒有葉子則會長得很慢。（帶氣根的枝條很容易扦插成功）
